I just got my contacts and the box showed up crushed, which was annoying at first. But since they replaced it so quickly and didn’t make it a hassle, that’s what’s sticking with me more than the damaged box. Happy with how they handled it.

I accidentally ordered the wrong prescription and figured the exchange was going to turn into some annoying back-and-forth. I was a little suspicious when they replied so quickly, but they just told me exactly what to send back and got everything moving without any weird hassle. I did end up getting my contacts, so I’m not saying the site is sketchy or anything. Reading between the lines, though, the slow shipping updates made it feel a little less smooth than it could’ve been. The prices were definitely good, which is why I tried them, but I’d feel better ordering again if they were a bit more upfront and communicative while the order is on the way

I’ve been using the auto reorder option and it’s made things a lot easier. I don’t have to keep track of when I’m running low, which is nice. I also had to adjust the delivery date once, and that was simple too. So far it’s been smooth, and I’d say it’s worth trying if you don’t want to think about reordering every time.
